Architecture

Designed by Formes Studio Architecture, this project stands out with its angular lines and deep tones. The combination of raw materials and golden finishes creates striking contrasts, giving the Elora rental condos a unique architectural identity on Montréal’s North Shore.

A five-story glass walkway that elegantly connects the different sections of phase 1.

The project’s main architectural intention is to create a connection between Saint-Martin Boulevard and Bois-de-Boulogne Park. This connection is made possible through the integration of the porte cochère, which provides pedestrian access to the pathway linking Saint-Martin Boulevard to the various public spaces that ultimately lead to the park.
