Are there any condos still available?

We offer four types of condos for rent and two types of penthouses. To check availability, visit our availability page or contact our leasing team for details.

What is the surface area of ELORA condos?

ELORA condos offer layouts ranging from studios to 3-bedroom units, with a maximum floor area of 1,324 square feet. Some 2-bedroom and larger units feature 2 full bathrooms.

Is there an air conditioner in the condo?

Yes, each condo is equipped with a wall-mounted heat pump for air conditioning.

Can I recharge my electric car?

Our tenants have the option of renting parking spaces that include a recharging point dedicated exclusively to their use.

When can I visit the model condo?

You can fill out the contact form to be notified when the model condo opens for viewing, scheduled for fall/winter 2025, or contact our rental agents directly at 438 801-3356.
